A disciplined survey of private residences, cultural pavilions, and adaptive reuse projects defined by tectonic clarity and permanence.

Honest materials and daylight
Every volume begins with a rigorous reading of site topography and local microclimate. We reject applied ornamentation, allowing structural concrete, local limestone, and unlacquered metal to define the spatial atmosphere.
Window apertures and ceiling reveals are measured to the solar arc, directing natural daylight across interior planes as seasons shift without relying on artificial lighting during daytime hours.
Principles of permanence
Our studio adheres to three fundamental constraints that ensure every built structure remains contextual, functional, and enduring.
Topographical Context
Tectonic Honesty
Solar Geometry
Buildings must integrate with native contours. Foundation footings and grade transitions follow existing landforms to minimize disturbance and honor regional vernacular.
Structural assemblies remain legible. Exposed post-and-beam connections, board-formed concrete walls, and stone masonry express their genuine load-bearing functions.
Massing and roof overhangs are calibrated to solstice angles, managing passive thermal gain in summer while inviting deep winter sunlight into primary living volumes.
We accept a limited number of residential and cultural commissions each year to ensure uncompromising spatial oversight and construction rigor.
